The UP Hall at LSNGHSS, Ottapalam, turned into a vibrant gallery of handmade wonders on September 24, 2026, as the School Art & Craft Club hosted its much anticipated Crochet Exhibition, themed "Crochet – Threads of Creativity."

The event commenced at 10:30 AM with an official inaugural ceremony led by the school manager. Felicitations were warmly offered by Thankamma Teacher and Asha Teacher (Principal of the Higher Secondary section), who both commended the young artisans for transforming simple yarns into intricate works of art. Their inspiring words highlighted the importance of fostering patience, dedication, and creative hobbies alongside regular academic pursuits.

We, the teacher trainees of NSS Training College, Ottapalam, had the privilege of actively assisting in organizing and conducting the exhibition, coordinating closely with the school authorities and the Art & Craft Club to make the event a smooth and memorable success.

The hall was filled with an impressive array of student creations, ranging from delicate floral motifs and cozy wearables to charming amigurumi figures, decorative hangings, and functional crafts. Visitors including teachers, staff, and fellow students marveled at the precision, imagination, and craftsmanship woven into every stitch.

The exhibition provided a wonderful platform to celebrate the students' talents and served as an enriching collaborative experience for all involved. Hearty congratulations to every participant and mentor who helped bring this colorful celebration of creativity to life!

KPSMMHSS VARODE  Date:- 6/12/2024 Venue :- Auditorium  On 6th December 2024, a Life Skills Programme was held at KPSMMHSS Varode, organized by NSS trainees and the Souredha Club. The programme aimed to teach students essential life skills, preparing them to handle real-world challenges with confidence and competence. The session, led by Assistant Professor Seema C from NSS Training College, Ottapalam, was conducted in the school auditorium from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The Principal of KPSMMHSS Varode, Sanuj Sir, delivered a welcome address emphasizing the importance of life skills in students' holistic development. The session focused on key aspects of life skills, such as effective communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. The program concluded with positive feedback from students and staff, highlighting its relevance and impact.
